It may take up to 72 hours to approve your link application. Upon linking, you will be put on a trial period for up to 30 days in which all new opers must be approved by routing prior to adding them to your IRCD. After the trial period is over (30 days or less), you will be put on PERM status and welcomed offically to HybChat. Please note that during your trial, any interruption in your server's connection may count against you and we reserve the right to reject any server for any reason or no reason at all. After you are fully linked in PERM status, only a routing vote can delink you.

By e-mailing this application completely filled out, you agree that you own this server, shell, etc. and that you are the owner, or the owner has approved your use of an IRCD linking to an IRC network. If this application is not completely filled out, it will be automatically rejected and if the e-mail address is correct on the application, you will be notified.
